About this product
The MQ-8 is a heated tin-dioxide semiconductor gas sensor module for detecting hydrogen, specified over a 100 to 1000 ppm range with a 5 V heater. Concentration is inferred from the sensing resistance through a load circuit and requires calibration for numeric readings. It is used in hydrogen-leak alarms and gas-sensing experiments.
