A two-terminal micropower shunt voltage reference that holds a stable voltage once a series resistor sets a small bias current, much like a precision zener. Very low operating current makes it suited to battery-powered meters, sensors and regulator circuits. The family covers fixed 1.2 V, fixed 2.5 V and adjustable versions, so the device suffix determines the reference voltage.
