About this product
An infrared flame sensor module that detects the IR emission of a fire and outputs a logic signal through an LM393 comparator with an adjustable threshold. Typical boards work from 3.3 to 5 V, respond most strongly between 760 and 1100 nm and cover roughly 60 degrees. Sunlight and other infrared sources can also trigger it, so it suits prototypes rather than certified fire protection.
