The HT12D is a CMOS remote-control decoder for Holtek 212-series links, with eight address bits, four latched data outputs and a valid-transmission flag. It runs from 2.4 V to 12 V and pairs with the HT12E encoder in simple RF and infrared control systems, provided the address and oscillator settings match.
