The ER14250 is a 1/2 AA lithium-thionyl-chloride primary cell rated at 3.6 V nominal with 1.2 Ah nominal capacity and a documented -55 to +85 degrees Celsius operating range. Low self-discharge and a flat discharge curve make it suitable for meters, industrial sensors, alarms and memory backup. The cell is not rechargeable.
