A compact AC-powered B3 balance charger for 2S and 3S lithium-polymer packs, connecting through the JST-XH balance lead so each cell is charged and balanced individually. Per-cell LEDs indicate charging and completion status. It is not a general programmable charger, so only the supported cell counts and correct connector polarity should be used, and packs should be charged on a nonflammable surface.
